  1.   Ask for references
  2.   Are you Viessmann trained?
  3.   Ask for pictures of some of their projects.
  4.   Ask if they use plastic Pex or Copper
  5.   Are you fully licenced and insured contractor? Ask to see their license.
  6.  Ask if they should replace all related parts if not, why. (Pumps, Air Vents, Expansion Tank)
  7. If you have any concerns with what you hear move on as you should be 100% comfortable with your choice.


Please Note:

Do not pay 100% up front, hold back at least 20% until they are finished and you’re happy with the installation. Remember you get what you pay for. Lowest price isn’t always best.
